By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site. Service engagements are confirmed in a separate scoping email or letter that may add engagement-specific conditions.

Services described

Pages describing VAT compliance checks, recovery reviews, evidence packs, and related work are informational. They do not create a contract until we confirm scope, fees, and start dates in writing. We do not provide regulated legal representation or act as your tax agent before HMRC unless a separate written appointment says otherwise.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and materials we create for marketing remain the property of Interface Automation. Findings memos and evidence packs delivered under a paid engagement are licensed to the client for internal use and sharing with advisors. You may not republish our site content for commercial reuse without permission.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the contact form, attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content at scale, or submit unlawful or misleading information. We may refuse or end access where misuse is suspected.

Liability

Website content is provided without warranties of completeness. Professional findings are limited to the documents and periods scoped. We are not liable for decisions made solely on website copy, or for losses arising from incomplete information supplied by the client. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under United Kingdom law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where they apply.
